Template for review — not legal advice

This document is a good-faith template prepared to help get the Archyy app launch-ready. It is not legal advice and may not address every requirement that applies to you. Please have a qualified lawyer review it before you rely on it in production — in particular its handling of children's personal data under Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and, if Archyy is offered to users in the EU or the United States, under GDPR / GDPR-K (Article 8) and the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Before publishing, complete every placeholder shown in brackets — the operating company's legal name [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] and its [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. Also confirm the governing-language and jurisdiction choices in Sections 14 and 16.

Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 October 2026

Welcome to Archyy. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], a company registered in Israel with its registered office at [REGISTERED ADDRESS] (“Archyy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your use of the Archyy mobile application and related services (the “Service”). Please read them carefully. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these Terms.

1.Acceptance of These Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Archyy, or by creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. If you use Archyy on behalf of your household or family, you accept these Terms for yourself and confirm that you are authorized to act for your family.

2.Eligibility: Who May Use Archyy

Archyy is for adults. You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old and are the parent or legal guardian of the child or children you add to your family profile. By using Archyy, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date. Children may not create or use Archyy accounts. The Service is directed to families in Israel; if you use it from elsewhere, you are responsible for complying with your local laws.

3.What Archyy Is: A Discovery-First Service

Archyy helps you discover, compare, and keep track of children's after-school activities, classes, private lessons, camps (קייטנות), and family outings, and manage them in one place. Archyy is discovery-first: we provide information, search, matching, and pointers to activities, and we link you out to the relevant provider to make a booking or payment.

We are not the organizer, operator, or provider of the activities listed. Listings are provided for your convenience. Availability, schedules, prices, eligibility, age and grade ranges, and other details are set and kept current by the providers at their own sources, and may change or be out of date. Always confirm the details with the provider before you rely on them.

4.Accounts & Sign-In

To use most features, you create an account and a family profile. Archyy uses Supabase for authentication; you can sign in with Apple, with Google, or with a passwordless “magic link” emailed to you. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method and your device secure, and for all activity under your account. Please tell us promptly at hello@archyy.com if you suspect any unauthorized use.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile, including your children's details and any second parent/guardian or emergency-contact details you add. By adding another person's details, you confirm you are entitled to provide them.

5.Your Family Profile & Children's Information

You choose what to add to your family profile. Because you add information about your children and, optionally, about other people, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of each child, or are otherwise entitled to provide that person's information, and you consent to our handling it as described in the Privacy Policy.

You can view, correct, or delete this information in the app at any time. How we collect, use, and protect children's data — and your rights as a parent or guardian — are explained in the Children's Personal Data section of the Privacy Policy.

6.Acceptable Use

You agree to use Archyy only for lawful, personal, family purposes, and not to:

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have broken these rules.

7.Third-Party Activity Providers, Bookings & Payments

Archyy links you to third-party activity providers, venues, municipalities, and ticketing or booking platforms (each a “Provider”). Any booking, enrollment, registration, ticket, or payment happens on the Provider's own platform, under the Provider's terms and privacy policy, directly between you and that Provider.

Archyy is not a party to those transactions and does not process your payment-card details. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, safety, legality, pricing, or accuracy of any activity, listing, or Provider, and we are not responsible for a Provider's acts or omissions — including cancellations, refunds, no-shows, schedule or price changes, injuries, or the conduct of their staff. Any dispute about a booking, payment, refund, or the activity itself is between you and the Provider. We encourage you to review each Provider's terms, cancellation and refund policies, and safety information before you book.

8.Intellectual Property

The Archyy app, the “Archyy” name and logo, and the design, text, graphics, software, and the compilation and arrangement of listings are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own family's non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service except as these Terms or the law expressly allow. Activity information and third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners and are shown for discovery purposes only.

9.Changes to the Service

We are actively building Archyy. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features, listings, or the whole Service at any time, with or without notice. We will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can, but we are not liable to you for any change to, or discontinuation of, the Service.

10.Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any listing is accurate, complete, or current. You use the Service, and rely on any listing, at your own discretion and risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, right, or liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including Israel's consumer-protection laws.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, or profits, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, any listing, or any Provider or activity — even if we have been advised that such damages were possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us, if any, for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) ILS 200. Because Archyy is discovery-first and takes no payment for bookings, we are not responsible for any amounts you pay to Providers. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain of these limitations, so some may not apply to you.

12.Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, employees, and partners from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms or any law, your infringement of anyone's rights, or any information you provided — including other people's details that you were not entitled to share.

13.Termination

You can stop using Archyy and delete your account at any time from within the app or by emailing hello@archyy.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, the license granted in Section 8 ends. Sections that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law — will survive. Deleting your account triggers deletion of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service, are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv–Jaffa District shall have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and we submit to that jurisdiction — except that nothing here removes any mandatory right you may have to bring proceedings in your place of residence under applicable consumer-protection law.

Before starting any formal proceeding, we encourage you to contact us at hello@archyy.com so we can try to resolve the matter informally.

15.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of Archyy after that means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service and delete your account.

16.General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service and replace any earlier understandings. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect and the unenforceable part is limited to the minimum extent necessary. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or a successor. We may provide these Terms in both Hebrew and English; if there is a conflict between versions, the version we designate as governing will prevail, and absent a designation the Hebrew version will prevail for users in Israel.
